Never in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine that I would be able to run over 8 miles. Thanks to Vinnie & Carrie for cheering me on via text, and to Susan for texting me about ice cream during the run. 8.8 miles!
I ran 2 miles at 5mph, 2 miles at 5.3 mph, 2 miles at 5.5 mph, 1 mile at 5.7, and 1 mile at 5.9.
